When I bought my bike a few months back, it came with a Plexistar 2 windscreen that was just a tad big for the bike.
Up until this week, it's just been too darn cold on the daily commute to pull it off.
I finally pulled it last night and was thrilled with the difference. It rides like a new bike. I'm sure I was grinning ear-to-ear the whole way in this morning.
I have no intention of putting that windscreen on anytime soon, but I would like to have a nice summer windscreen just to keep the bugs off. What can you guys (and girls) recommend? Any favorites?
I'd like a bit of wind protection, but appearance is a bigger factor for the purchase.
Photos of suggested windscreens on a savage would be appreciated, but not necessary.

My Savage didn't like it's windscreen either.   I think the bike's too light.  Having a windscreen on it is like riding into a headwind.

I've tried the bike with and without a windscreen. I like it better without.  If I want to be "insulated" from the environment, I'll drive one of my trucks. Although, there IS aplace on my commute that is 30 degrees colder than the rest of the route... It was in the 60's this morning at the house, in the 30s at that spot, coming home it was 92 degrees, that spot was in the 60s, tops. Some deflection MAY have helped there...

Personally, I like my NC windscreen - especially in the winter.  It simply cuts down on the wind-chill, as well as fatigue on longer rides (and some of the road yuck too).  But for summer in Texas, I want as much wind-chill as I can get.  The flyscreen is just an attempt to keep the cooling breeze but reduce fatigue on longer rides.
