Oh my poor Special Ed....
I fueled him up last night, and noted my mileage reading, went right home, maybe rode another 1/2 mile tops.
Today I rode to work. It's about a 26 mile round trip ride. On the way home, I feel I'm lugging a bit, look to see my speed and adjust gear for the slow traffic. I was going slow in 2nd, but thought maybe I needed 1st, so I briefly glanced at the speedometer. I see I'm at 0.

<<Gee, I didn't think I was going so slow I was near 0. I guess I need more throttle>> so I roll on a bit, still glancing down, still seeing zero. Roll some more.... still a big fat 0.... Now I realize I must be doing about 25mph.... and that my odometer should read more than it does. ???
I did the math, it died just as I finished my morning commute to work.

I never look at the speedo then because I'm only doing 20-30mph, always go by feel and sound of the bike, move with traffic.
What's this gonna cost me? Remember, I don't do my own wrenching....

:'( :'(
Thanks for info...
