It stopped leaking.

I bought my Savage about 6 weeks ago. The plug cap was leaking which is not unusual at all. I've not fixed it yet as only leaks a little. This week it stopped. If this is a trend my spacer mod is next.

I had a small leak that has quit leaking also. I had a thin film of oil on the left side on the head cooling fins. I may have run through something on the road. (I hope).

Mine was leaking just slightly and mot even enough to cause any build up on the battery box. I wash and check the leak every week and it seems to have stopped on its own. I hope that this continues as the PO only put 3200 miles on the bike in 5 years which would be about 12 miles per week, almost motorcycle abuse. my commute and errands on the bike is averaging around 25 miles per day.  My previous bike only had one oil leak in decades of ownership and it was a shifter seal. Not uncommon on a four cylinder.
