Sorry, dont really know where to look.
This is my first Motorcycle it's a 99 savage
ls650 with a Jardine pipe. And its also my
first computer. so I am new to both but I
am learning fast. If anyone can lead me
on the right direction on where to find the
152.5 main and the #55 pilot and also the
1/2 spacer or the 2#4 washers it takes to
get rid of the anoying pop it would be
greatly appreciated.

Why are you starting multiple threads dealing with the same subject?  Just keep it all in one thread and you may just get the answers you're looking for.  Roll Eyes

www.denniskirk.com

www.bikebandit.com

Either of these places will have the jets you are seeking, and there are probably 100 other sites out there as well.

Use the search function of this forum and type in "main jets", "pilot jets", "carburetor" and you will get hundreds of answers to your questions.

Not trying to be short with ya, just letting ya know how best to get the answers you seek.

I think he was just a bit confused about how "threads" work...we all come from various levels of experince...

Tater - I would go with filing down the white spacer rather than the 2 #4 washers, I've done both so that's just my opinion.  What I did was buy a new white spacer from www.ronayers.com before I did anything so I would have a stock one in case I screwed it up...

local delaer or shop should have the jets for a couple of dollars each.  Ace hardware will have the washers.

thanks for all the Info. I did find the 55 and the 152.5
at www.denniskirk.com
If anyone needs the part number its 176055 for the #55 pilot cost was 5.99 and the 152.5 main #1725125 and
also cost 5.99 thanks for all the help now I am takeing
it as the 2 turns on the screw to be the mixture screw.
I hope I am right. Also should I put on a different Air
filter to get more air into the system or stay with the
stock one. Hey thanks for that tip about the spacer
going to get a few from there just incase i screw one
or two up also.

CHanging the air filter would be a good idea if u are installing those jets.  You might want to change your muffler too.

As far as the filter goes u can go with a drop in replacement K&N or a pod.

I liked the pod but u have the risk of letting in rain .  Esp if it is mounted outside of the bike.

I prefer pods though.  Check the other post about the 60mm ait filter.  I got mine for only 15 off ebaymotors.
