Redfire, I believe he has a Savage, not a S40.  If they are stock, you can tell be his turn signals.  Savage ones are rounded, not bullet-like.

Yeah, I sat on a savage with the stock bars and I have to say I like the comfort of the bars on my S40 much better.  Yours look great!

Sorry guys, Havent been around in a long time. I bought the bars off ebay for $16. They are 30" wide.

Looks good.  I added the same to mine this weekend.  Forgot the bar weights, but I don't notice any difference (yet?).   To solve the turning radius issue, I just canted the bars up a pinch.  Turn the wheel to the left, cant bars up, tighten a bit, turn to right and check.  If it doesn't hit the tank, tighten 'er up and you're good to go.  I don't feel quite as cramped as I did before.

Yup, I like the drag bars too.  Mine are 36", on pullback risers, filled with BBs and have Kuryakyn ISO grips.  Very comfortable.
