Any idea what this tube is? What it is for? And if I want/need one where do I get it?



It kinda looks like a pushrod tube. But why on a Savage?

The Savage is an AJS or Matchless based bike. Maybe the owner/customizer wanted to reflect the bike's British heritage?

Dummy or not, that is nice looking! So is the custom chrome top cover too! Very creative on the part of the owner!

That's where I found the pic. Really some nice bikes over there. The Savage is a dam fine looking machine no matter what language she speaks.

Thanks for clearing that up. I'm alot like my 5yr. old when it comes to the German forum. I like to look at the pictures but my reading is hit and miss. Tongue

Makes it look like a Ducati bevel head single. Real retro looking and you could use it as an extra oil passage up to the head if plumbed right. Neat setup, looks good Cheesy
