Well, just thought I would let everyone know I finally got the mods done to my ride.
Jardine
152.5 Main
55 Pilot
1/2 Spacer
NGK irridium plug
Runs like a scalded dog with the bark to match!!
Thanks, to everyone on this site who answered my questions and took the time to reply.
Oh, and no backfires on shutdown!! Just occasionally on quick closing the throttle. 2 1/4 turns on the mix screw. I'll tweak it from there.
Thanks again!!

yeeha! - sounds like the ones around here - is pretty interesting - the jardine on the '95 is much quiter than the new one on the '02 it cracks pretty loud where the '95 is more like a rumble

It rumbles when you run it in a high gear at low speed, or at idle. But the rest of the time.........well.........it's LOUD
. I won't be sneaking up on anyone now! It's really cool on decel, sounds like a Jake Brake!! Before the carb mods it was 3 1/4 turns out and would backfire and pop like crazy when doing that. It was also real sluggish in mid-range. The new jets and spacer made all the difference!!

Thanks! Just wondering, what jetting and spacer and mix setting you are using?
