I finally got the dented tank on my new savage replaced today, When they delivered my Savage at the end of May it had a dent and smoe missing paint on the tank, about the size of a dime. They had got the bkie from another store since they did not have on and delivered it to me. the Service manager had called and told me about the dent and I had posed the question he asked, I can replace it or give you a store credit. Since this is my first bike I bought I went with a new tank.  Well it took 4 1/2 months and a few phone calls, it was on order, not here yet, no one knows what your talking about, on taht one 2 weeks ago I said well what if I bring it back and get my money back and go to the next town and buy another one, the girl that answered the phone went and found someone who said yes it should have been done, well a week later the tank was in and today I got it on, it is nice and I must admit no dent is way better.
