I did some video, but have not edited it yet.... waaaaayy too long. Here is final pictures...I actually extended the kickstand harness, still works, I also put a bracket up front to move the heatshield. I am 5' 10" tall with a 30" inseam, the 4" forwards are a perfect fit for me.

Look at the bolts that hold the controls on.The bolts to the right of them are where they bolted on originally.
