You seem to be asking about the first piece of pipe in the exhaust system? The one that runs down from the engine cylinder to the muffler? The correct term for that pipe is the "header" and there are almost no reasonable priced alternatives to an original stock replacement pipe. If yours is indeed "cracked" which would be unusual but not unheard of, you could have the seam temporarily brazed or welded by a muffler shop as a temporary repair. That might give you time to price shop a used pipe; because a brand new one will be a bit expensive. I think Ron Ayer's ships over there, but you better price shop both sides and check shipping.

Part #1 looks like $154 + shipping...  I didn't know your model year so you need to check that out, but I think they're all the same.

I can feel a blowing at the bottom bend, but it is possible that it might be the joint though it is from underneath near the crankcase/clutch/gearbox

I might need to strip it down, but I wanted a cost benefit idea for new/repair.

Then also tidy (Weld) or down and dirty repair Bandage.

Down and dirty might be useful if a suitable  replacement is available but on a delivery.

Had a bit more time so I was laying on the floor contemplating my Header.

When the bike is running, I can definitely feel something and it appears to be behind the pipe guard/Cover No 9 in the ron ayers diagram, but for what I can see the pipe is ok, not an obvious crack.

How is the cover fixed? I beginning to think it might be Item 10 the gasket? but its does not look like a gasket as I know it.

I am not great mechanically I tend to break it three times before I learn how to fix it , so I am wary before touching tools
