frame for insta trike wanted

Hello All: thanks to all who helped with my top end knocks, when all was said and done the guy we bought the bike from, had rebuilt the clutch but installed it wrong, also he put the gear for oil pump in backwards. If you dont know what your doing, let someone that does know fix it,which we did, woohoo no more top end knocks. Now,i`d like to turn my little ls650 into a trike, but i cannot see paying 4 to 5000.00 for a kit. all i would need is the frame with axel,no wheels,no fenders, just all the hookups,i can fit the rest in myself, fiberglass works great. this is an insta trike the back wheel stays on, does anyone know of someone that can make this frame? dosnt look like there is much to it. thanks karin b.

If they're geting $4k copy, I'd imagine there is something to these gizmos. I looked at them, and the frame itself is pretty simple- probably could put that together with some old bedrail.
The tricky parts are a) making sure those wheel are aligned - if the welder doesnt get that right, horrible things could happen. Then there's b) fitting it to the motorcycle itself. The Voyager brand "trike" has a snap on, snap off belly bracket adapter that permit the gizmo to be removed when you want to find some twisties to straigten out.
Those rear wheels would have to line up with the rear axle of the bike in order for it to turn properly. Also, how do you manage the frame as unsprung wieght.
Yeah, looking at it, it's just a few bits of steel welded together, but there was a lot of thinking and drawing before the welder came out.

thanks for the quick reply,it seems pretty simply, but it can be done,if i had like a set of blue prints or detailed instructions on how to make one,i already have someone that would do the welding for me. the wheels are free wheeling as the rear wheel of the bike is still used. it hooks to the under belly and by the looks of it the rear axel. its like a really well hooked up motorcycle trailer. mmmm keep the ideas comming. thanks again Karin b.
