Im working on building my new harness and just ran into something Im not sure about and hopefully can get some clairafication on it....

I noticed that there is a wire that runs from the clutch switch to the decompression controller. What Im tring to figure out is what that wire does and is there a way to bypass the switch..  It looks like it goes
Stater switch  -> clutch switch-> decmp controller. So when you pull the clutch in it just connects the wire straight from the starter switch to controller...Looks like I can just connect the two wires together...
