front .brake drags when backing bike up (Read 102 times)

vargas Junior Member Offline SuzukiSavage.com Rocks! Posts: 70	front .brake drags when backing bike up 02/10/09 at 06:18:31 it's an 08 s40. It's done this since it was new. Doesn't make any noise going forward that I can tell, but it is rubbing when i back it into the garage. Is this an issue for a warranty repair?

Re: front .brake drags when backing bike up Reply #4 - 02/10/09 at 11:56:18 If the sound is constant & light, then its okay & the rotor is straight. You can grab the calliper & shove it & pull on it & make sure its free on its guides. Remember to set the brake pads back against the rotor or the first time you hit the brakes you might be disappointed.

Never gave it much thought, as it didn't do it when rolling forward.
