Everybody still go for the thai restaurant. I've got one right up the road. This used to be Mayfair Knitting Mill until textiles went to Mexico and the far east.

Thanks! I remembered an old Entertainment site, Malibu Castle Park, miniature golf park & arcade. It folded in the last millennium. As of about three years ago it was a homeless park: http://ppolitanoff.blogspot.com/2011/04/malibu-castle-park-redondo-beach.html

Unfortunately, the government flattened the homeless park and locked. First pictures from Google maps street view, below, show the flattened land except the old windmill.

Unfortunately, even that is gone, they are building a hotel.
