Well, it was such a beautiful day, I just had to ride around for a while before coming home. Sunny, 95 degrees. Figured I might as well take some pics.

First stop was the Army Recruiting office:
I even talked to some of the guys and told them what I was doing. Should have gotten a picture with them, dangit!

Then the local American Legion Hall:

And the Howitzer that sits outside the Legion

And I knew you'd love the Howitzer. (thought about posting a pic of it when we were on the military thing in a yard, since that house is so close, but its not "really" in their yard! lol)

I know I'm a couple of hunts late, but here's a military memorial from Canada:

At the Royal Canadian Air Force museum. I was there for a BMW national rally a few years ago.

Same location.

This one's in Vancouver (or maybe in Victoria on Vancouver Island). In any case, it's a memorial for the Canadians who fought against Franco in the Spanish Civil War.
