Or perhaps a Burgman, with automatic transmission and hand brakes. No feet needed except to hold it up at stops.

She might have a heel-toe shifter. A lot of bikes do, and all that you ever have to do is press down.

a girl in my MSF class wore stilletto boots, probably 5 inch heels on them too, she passed, did pretty good too
