I am pleased to report that, after weeks of training and months of dieting, I have passed the physical fitness test for my part time job. Maxxed out the one minute pushups and situps for my age group, measured a 34 inch waist and clocked 16:02 for the mile and a half run.

In a few more days it should stop hurting when I go down a flight of stairs.
