The bore and stroke on the savage 94x94 and klx something else. So squish is apt to be something else. If you're shaving the head/cylinder, lancer the only one I know to have done it.

My KLX is 100x83 and 9.5:1 cr and she revs to 7500 not 6500 so squishes would be within 0.001". I've done a lot of research and the best I can find is that safe is 0.05", but with squish it is best to be as small as poss without touching, that is what I'm asking.

Valve sizes are KLX 37mm inlet 32mm exhaust. Savage 33mm inlet 28mm exhaust.

When I did the clay on mine a couple of weeks back it was just a hair over that...if I got the measure correct ....... ? ? ? I sure hope so.
