Reply #3 - 06/02/10 at 11:42:05 Don't blame the utility just yet. Power usually goes in 1st. And as you can see, the drive way was laid in around it. nice V shaped cutout where the pole is. And this happened to a friend of mine, it was the contractor that incorrectly placed the house.
