Well, that will never happen. The point is prospective parents need to be screened or something to ensure they have the necessary skills, medical care, etc. to engage in parenting. If those skills are lacking perhaps some sort of pre-natal medical care, nutritional awareness, and child rearing training could be arranged.

...yeah I know, there I go again pushing my socialist agenda on Americans who don't give a crap about anthing or anyone but themselves.

Aint got a thing to do with selfishness. it MORE GOVT INTRUSION & power over our lives. This would grow as surelyas it existed. It would become the authoritarian arm that decided who could be allowed to remain sterile. You, sir, need to rethink the solution to the problem. Your idea is so much greater a problem than the problem you propose solving. IOW, the "cure" you would have us all take, is far worse than the disease.

Believe it or not Justin when I started reading your posts ,I thought to myself,wow this guy is a little off the wall,but a little of what you were saying made sense.
Any more,not so much,some times you make a little sense but most of the time,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, sorry I do not want to offend,let me just say if Mr Hayadol was picking a crew for the "Kon Tiki" and you were on the list, I would say why . Why ? because if you were aboard
you would try and mutiny, it would not work because the rest of the crew were non American,and there was no way in he11 you could convince the rest,we would have to chuck you over- board.

This is a can of worms I never should have opened. I have no kids, Ms. Starlifter and myself never had a desire to have kids, and I leave the subject of kids to those who have a vested interest in kids.

People abuse children. animals, spouses, et al all the time....God forbid the government should step in and do something about it.
