I'm not bothering with Christmas at all this year ... gonna try and bury my head in the sand until the "Festered Season" is past. Don't mean to be a Grinch, but my heart isn't in it ... this has been a year of "Firsts" when it comes to Special Occassions ever since my wife of 22 years took off ... Christmas/New Years 2010 will be the last "First" and likely the hardest. I'll just close the door, take the phone off the hook and hope that the week between Dec. 23rd and Jan. 1st zips by sooo fast that I won't even notice that it happened ...
