Well a week from today I'll be camping in Virginia. My plan looks like this.

Mon 2/27- Leave early in the AM with bike loaded in the back of the truck, get a campsite somewhere in Front Royal Va.

Tues 2/28- Ride for the day on Skyline drive in Shenedoah National Park, camp one more night at the same site.

Wed 2/29- Load the bike and finish the ride to Deals Gap, sign in to my room, drink beer until bedtime.

Thur,Fri,Sat 6/30-7/2- Ride Ride Ride

Sun,Mon 7/3-7/4- Drive home

If anyone wants to ride with me on Tuesday on Skyline Drive, get back to me. I'll be starting at the northern entrance to Shenendoah National Park on tueday morning.

Well, here's my plan. Load bike with gear on Thursday evening 23June. Ride to work Friday 24June, depart at noon and don't go back. Ride to Nashville and spend Friday night with my daughter. Saturday, ride on to Mason, TN (near Memphis), visit with my aunt and cousins for a few days. On Tuesday, ride back to Nashville to spend the night with my daughter. On Wednesday, ride from Nashville to Deals Gap, drink beer with Al. Cool

I hope I still have a motel room to share with you guys, 'cause I'm not bringing a tent!

Well, oldfeller isn't gonna be there. So there will be an empty bed for wed and thurs night. I don't know if anyone claimed the 3rd bed in with toymaker and myself. I will have an air matress and sleeping bag we can throw on the floor if we have to.

Guys I hate to say this but, I'll not be doing the dragon on my savage this year Sad

The bikes 5 year old battery just got a dead cell and the headlight cut out @ start has crapped out too. With all I got going on now I just don't have the money to fix it on time.
I do plan on coming to deals gap to see you guys in my Geo Metro convertible (hay it's a Suzuki too). I'll be camping there or nearby with my new Gal-Pal Wed. - Fri. and may follow along one day.
