ruby falls nc up by grandfather mountain theres on on 7 devils road (105)
grandfather trout farm also
theres a fish farm there on the hwy LARGE hybryd trout the have gear for rent or you can order what you want..they even smoke if you want..
when filet theyre like salmon yummy

question becomes, can you hook us up with your grandfather for some sure fire trout fishing?

I live in southern middle TN. (Lynchburg) 3 hours east of Memphis.

You can camp in our spare room on the way there and make a two day ride out of it !

Offer goes to anyone else heading east early that week.

Might even build a fire in the fire pit and throw something on the grill !!!! Cheesy

OK, Rob -- the ball buster ride is down to ~800 miles on the first day, stay with MM, then an easy 300 miles to make it to the Dragon hotel, then another rest/sleep before riding. It wouldn't be a bed of roses to do, but it would work out if you really wanted to come.

If you can spot a ride buddy and a bike carrying truck, as Al and Lancer can tell you that is the very best way to come. Riding in the truck is much much easier on the old body.

Amusing list for us to make -- list your bike repairs that were required due to Dragon-itus.

I'll start.

I had a worn out inner tube (tire was OK, both rim strip and tube had worn through on a rust lump) two years ago.

I had to "depossumify" my bike upon returning last year (wife said it smelled bad sitting in the garage).

For me? The only mods I did for the dragon was to add a camera mount for the videos. I might add some kind of cup holder to carry a bottle of water. Last year I had one wedged in behind the windshield and it fell out while riding. I think kent was following me and had to dodge it. Maybe some new pegs too. I did the verslavy over the winter so that shouldn't be a problem.
