I think I heard Paul Gilmartin on Bob and Tom a morning or so ago. Funny guy. Thanks Al.

Contented Christmas
'twas the day of Christmas
and back in the fridge
the casserole dish
sat like a bridge
it spanned the turkey
and leaned on the cake
the coconut one
that's so hard to make
dad will eat dinner
and snack all night
fork marks are fresh
in the yams on the right
the toys in the floor
are scattered around
with not a fresh battery
here to be found
and what of those toys
so new today?
the boxes are now
more fun for play
but the family peace
on this restful day
is greater than any
old poem can say
aunts, uncles, and cousins
get ready to go
until next Christmas
we'll miss them so
the sights and sounds
of this special day
will cheer us on
as we go on our way
