Is that a Hog in a modded Norton featherbed frame?...

Is it a Horton?.... Undecided...   ... don't look right in the oil tank area, but I can't tell if it's modded, or a different frame altogether...

I don't think it's a featherbed,or like you say in might be one thats been moded.
I did find one closer off a 745 cc P11, a norton designed for the American market.
