Reax, JOG, I didn't mean what you thought.

I simply meant that I don't understand the "panic buying" or the "spike in prices" you seems to be suffering, nothing like that is happening here, nothing at all.

Since last week gas has increased by... 1 cent, from 1.46 to 1.47 Euro/liter. 2 cents for diesel, which is cheaper anyway.

Here in Europe wWe're much more concerned with Boat People, Sicily has already received a few thousand last week alone...

As to the price spikes, IDK how much is real & how much is the result of manipulations. The dollar wont continue to enjoy World Reserve Currency status much longer unless we see policy change, not tweaks & minor change, but an About Face in policy.. so, its not gonna lat, cuz we are not gonna change direction in any meaningful way. We have been manipulated into debt in order to transfer wealth from Americans to th pockets of the world lite, thru the Fed Reserve & wars & NAFTA & Gatt, etc. Heck, it would take days of typing to even get close..

Well, I got an "Wedding Invitation" to the royal Wedding story..no, I did not get an invite. Undecided

As far as panic oil price increase, the commoddities markets are no longer run with any sense; it's essentially invent a reason to charge more..good ole greed. Wink

It's a shame so many boat people going to Sicily: Are they going to Sicily because they think all the Sicillians came to the US to star in the Movies? (I have family from Sicily so I hope the flame throwers remain holtered.)
