Hello All!  Long time lurker, first post.  Wanted to thank you for all the great info I have been able to put to good use on my bike!

Quick question... will the timing cover replacement shown in the Tech section work for all years?? (i.e 1987)  Any specific year of the VS800 to order from to get the allen head instead of the dreaded slot?

pretty sure any year will work but if you're not sure go on bikebandit and look at the microfiche part number then check the same fiche for different years to cross reference PNs.
