In our family's cemetary plot, we have veterans of civil war, spanish/american war, WWI, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. As I honor them, I also honor all veterans and active duty military. He talked about the war, but never that day. My cousin Alex Kruk was shot down in Korea, only male in our family to die of heart disease. My brother was in the Navy, I served in the Air Force -- both of us away from Viet Nam.
