Did you happen to ride a speedmaster when you ride the bonneville? How did the two compare? If you didn't ride the speedmaster, what did you like best about the bonneville?
this was in 2009 so the speedmaster was the same as the america now the 2011's the speedmaster is just a bit shorter and I don't know if the reach to the pegs is any shorter on it or not. but I can't reach the controls all that well on triumph cruisers, (now I would totally try them out but I had only like 8 months of riding experience then, the vegas was just too good to pass up)

so I can't comment on them.
the bonneville's looks is still what I like best about it, and that it's coupled with a very very capable machine with all the power you need on it and it's just a well finished, well riding machine. it was my first ride on top machine too so that kinda made me feel a bit odd at first, but now I'm used to that.
