The pond is stocked with bluegills, crappie (both kinds), bass, catfish and silver carp. If you bring your son he's welcome to drown a few worms or crickets. Cane pole works better than fancy gear for some reason.

He might even catch himself a pet turtle.

Ed, beehives are going in next year, need to decide what style and how many.

Can't even remember what refined sugar tastes like.

I don't like honey, but the bumblebees and other native bees aren't doing a sufficient job pollinating. I think I've seen a whole 3 honeybees this year, usually saw hundreds a day when we lived here 10 years ago.

Have to add a few active flowerbeds I guess. No biggie, Lisa wants a lot of era correct flowers anyway.
