Be careful what you ask for...
1841 Plantation manor house, front porch and pillars redone in the early 1960s... Small brick building is for wintering over tropical plants, floor is 6 feet under ground. Max likes the grass here, likes the clover even better.

Rear of big house, east end. The big room by the carport contains a whirlpool and sauna.

Kitchen area of big house, that pecan tree was planted around 1964. Swimming pool and summer house are just to the right and rear, no pics. Both need restoration.

1921 cattle barn, walnut and poplar siding over southern white oak timbers.

My house, was built for Lisa's grandmother.

Central garden area, late 60s horse trailer, sailboat, some of the tractors. Grapes and berries between boat and tractors. 2 acre pond, 6 acre wheat/soybean field are just beyond the pecan trees (about 10 trees in). Trees are spaced on 60 foot centers. This open area will be turned into lease/rental garden beds, naturist friendly. Property goes back another 1/4 to 1/2 mile.

Melon and squash bed. Smithy is behind the old white single wide, guest trailer is peeking out as well. 2-3 acres around the old trailer for farm stand, parking, couple firepits, may add a couple tent pads.

Tried to get pics of the Bug that will be redone as a Skat project, looked great with natural light, flash made the barn interior go dark. Nothing fancy, just an orange slug bug covered in 5 years of dust.
We're planning to start pool restoration this winter and pour a pad for a decent sized hot tub. West TN is severely lacking in true bike/naturist friendly venues. Beach style volleyball court will be by the pond, a small beach will be cleared, some pond dredging.
And then we can start hosting official bike/classic cage get togethers. And other stuff.
