Doesn't this look off? (Rim) (Read 490 times)

To me it looks weird because of how off centered the hole was drilled. I sent my hub to Buchanan and had them lace it to an 18" just got it back today. Is it just me? Or is this normal

My opinion is, theres no real reason to have those dimples if youre not gonna land the spoke nipple in it & allow it to sit Up in there & off the tube. I think thats a bad job they did.

A drill bit wouldnt walk outta that dimple from inside it,, but off the outside? Thatd be a bit of a challenge..

When someone on here says something I like or don't like I give them the courtesy of a PM to see if that's what they meant. If this is normally the way they do it, yours will not be the first question about it. If there is a good reason, they'll tell you. Ford did a survey long ago about customer satisfaction. Satisfied customers told five people about their experience while dissatisfied customers told about 35 people of their experience. Find out if they're wrong, THEN ask them to make it right, THEN if they don't tell your 35 people. Fair enough?
