I am going out for my first ride in over a month and am so ready to go. I am going with a friend and his girl friend. Have a nice route picked out with lots of twisties and back roads so the heat doesnt get up too much. Thankyou all for your support while i couldnt ride.

I have return after a 60 mile ride. Visited with some friends for a "pit" stop, went to a little restaurant in the hill town had lunch and made it home all in one piece. The fresh air and freedom helped the soul alot.
