Leaf peeping season is always nice around here. Then there's bike week in june every year. Anyone ski? we have some good ski mountains too. Beach isn't far from here. AL

Check local Craigslist for furn and tv and mowers. I have a 20 inch RCA tv in the bedroom for $20. Women get notional and want new furniture even though theirs is still good. CL has bunches of good stuff to furnish a home. Congratulations on your new space.
