well, I just put a deposit on a mobile home. I bought one for my daughter a couple months ago while I'm still living in a room in brothers house for the last ten years. So i found a nice little place that the owner(a little old lady) passed away a few months ago. She took really good care of the place. It looks like new inside. I'll be closing in a couple weeks I guess. Here's a picture.

Thanks guys, I'm really looking forward to moving. It's only a couple miles from where I am now but it'll be a change. I'll have to buy some furniture for the living room and a new tv. I'll have to buy a lawnmower. Looking forward to being able to actually work on my bike out of the weather. I'm hoping I might be able to fit a pool table in the garage and still have room to park the bikes. We'll see.

Those things cost a ton to cool. When our central unit died I was at a loss for how to pay to get it fixed,, decided to put window units in,, spent about $600.00 for 4 units back then. The drop in electric bil;l was so huge, I saved the cost of the window units in 4 to 5 months of cooling bills. If youre gonna be alone there, you can save a ton by just putting a window unit in your bedroom. Not cooling the whole house so you can sleep is a major savings. A unit in the living room & closing doors & voila,, huge savings.. IF that central unit is healthy, run it a little bit every few days, just to keep the seals happy.
