Would these risers fit my bike?

Hey ladies and gents,
I'm looking at these black 4" risers, but I'm not sure if they will fit my Suzuki.
I believe my bars are 1", but I'm just not sure if they would mount to the triple tree properly. What do you think? Any reason they wouldn't work?

Also, as a side question about risers. On my 05 I have the longer bent risers. Does anyone know if the top part, that is one piece, comes off of the risers themselves, or are they the same piece of metal?

I don't know personally, but typically all HD risers will work with some adjustment.
HD uses a larger thru bolt. Ours has a tube that can be left out, and I think you have to drill out the cover plates.
and yes, I think the bottom part of the bar clamp is separate from the bent bars.

Sorry to bump this, but rather than start a new thread can somebody tell me if these Volusia risers will fit our bikes? It looks like the Volusia also has 1" bars, so that part is good. Not sure if the bolt will work though.

I say good for you for doing a search and finding an older related thread instead of just starting a new one.
I wish I had an answer for you but I have never messed with my risers or bars. I do plan to soon though so I am also interested in the answer and explanation to your question.

Thanks MrBrown! Hopefully somebody here has the answer. Price on these is pretty low though, so I might have to be the guinea pig.

They look like they might fit. Main thing, is the bolt long enough?
See if you can get a measurement from the seller - bolt diameter and length...

Ok, just heard back from the seller. They are 2" long, 1/2" diameter.

As long as they fit through the hole they should work. Its probably not likely they are too short and if they are too long you could add a few extra washers for spacers.

I recently replaced my risers and bars. The risers I used have similar bolts to the ones dirbab is asking about. I have a 2006 with the the stock drag bars and tall risers. The bolts were not as beefy on the stock risers as the new risers needed a 1/2" bolt. with a little drilling to make the holes the right size for the new bolts it was a pretty easy task.
