Ride for Skat..

This is a call out to all riders..
Next Sat, Aug 14, 2011, I
am requesting all of us that
are able, to be on our bikes
at Noon.
This will be the time we sat for
a synchronized ride for Skat.
We haven't done one yet
and it appers she is being released
next Sat.. So I figured it would be
a good way to let her know were
all thinking of her at the same time..
Post pics of yourself and bike as
well as ride info..
what do you all think about this?
If you have another suggestion, voice
it.. Hugs all.

I'll see what I can do but I have a wedding to go to next Sat. Hmmm, mabey I could ride to the wedding. I'll just need to throw the saddlebags back on to take my heels and earrings with me.

Then put them all together collage/montage style and send it to her, so she will have video love from all 4 corners of the country.

Ok so if your not able to ride that day, that time, pick one that
works for you.
I was just trying to find a day and time that might work for most
if not all of us..
If anyone else can come up with a day or time that would possibly
work for all or most, then please post it.
Other wise yes we could do as Az suggested.. Thanks,

Ride somewhere beautiful or special to you and pic or video it. Then post it for her, so she knows all the Savage family has her in our thoughts and prayers and carries her with every ride.

I like that idea..
So let's say next Sat, anytime it works for you.
Ride your bike and if able to, ride it to your
favorite place. Take video, photos and post here
as Skat will see them once she is able to get
back home, rest and connect..

We need to post under new topic heading, titled
something like, "Welcome Home Skat" Or whatever
someone else thinks sounds good for a heading..
OH and don't forget the Pink... For those that may
be" pink o phobics," take a little piece of pink, add to
your bike once you make it to your destination. Then
you can remove it once you get the pic..

This can be our way of uniting to welcome Skat home..

okay, i sneaked out and managed to bypass the control software at the Lodge...so....

No airport escorts needed because i am taking the train back to NC. And if you have ever been to the Philly train station, you know that anything other than on foot is a disaster of traffic, parking and construction.
As an added bonus, i don't even know if i am going to be released to go home yet.

Weather permitting, the Saturday ride sounds GREAT and i only wish i could be part of it. Have fun, take pics and I will do the best i can vicariously. Cool

you are released on Sat.

It will take awhile, as your a few hrs away from home.
Yet you will be heading in the right
direction, home...

Ok well your "spirit" is so great that it rides with all of
us, all the time. So on Sat, it is going to get one hell
of a work out. Wink
