Well, they finally turned on our power today!!! Yeah, I am one happy camper.

Hunting (deer archery) season started last weekend. Power company was out last Thursday, set the new pole at the top, but didn't come back after lunch and didn't come back on Friday. Strange. But they came back today. Hubby got there and got to talk to them. They had to leave last week because they had a pole fall somewhere nearby, didn't hit the ground, but was hanging really low. Electrocuted 3 deer. Guess they got too close to it. Anyway, they had to leave our place to replace that pole. So we didn't have power over the weekend but its on now!!

Hubby got to do a little more dozing for the pond. Yes, the tree in the center will have to go.

Oh, look how pretty the trees look from my loft bedroom, up the driveway.

Don't you like Bud Light? I prefer Mich Ultra myself, but hubby likes his BL.

Speaking of there, I was speaking with my Mom last night. She moved to Phoenix last month. She was talking about all the cactus everywhere, no trees like we have here, not much grass either. Seems so strange to me. Guess its what we get used to though, huh. But it is beautiful around here this time of year.
