Yeah, I think.

However, a lot of states set it up so that when one spouse croaks, the other gets it all. Period.

So, the croaking spouse can not write the survivor out of the will.

For you attorneys out there, what is the status in California? Can one spouse have it in his/her will that the surviving spouse and two of the kids get nothing while the other kid gets it all?
