Tires are rubber. Rubber is pourus. (porous?) *spellcheck* // They all eventually leak some, especially with temp change. Usually colder weather causes them to read less pressure. I assume this also has to do with heat expands//cold contracts. If you check them regularly, you should notice a pattern, over time. That said, having worked in the tire business for 23 years, it was a common thing to be airing up tires as soon as the cold weather moved in. But even in summer, almost every car on the rack had low tire pressure. That's one reason why we had to check every tire on every car. I would air them up and then check them every day for the next week. If it goes back down in that time, then you probably have a leak.
