I have to ask,did the clock stop when your Grandpa died ?
No kidding that usually happens, it's because grandpa usually wound the clock,he dies after some illness, he dies,the clock stops.

Actually, the clock didn't stop when Grandaddy died, my wife's uncle kep the clock going. However, when he died, the clock finally stopped. The clock has been stopped for almost 5 years, i am glad to say it is ticking and chiming again.
