It has the footpegs back in a more normal position. The bike approximates a "standard" like I grew up with, rather than a cruiser/boulevard bike.

I road a Roadster and was instantly pleased with the peg position. Just the right bend in my knees.

Finally!,.. a Rocket III with pegs like all the standard bikes I have known and loved for 50 years.

I get quite annoyed with the poser-esque "forward" controls. They put more of the weight of your legs on your butt, reduce the control you have over the bike, force you into an unnatural sit up and beg riding position, and (opinion) look silly.
