Bicyclist are required by law to ride with the traffic, not against traffic. By his dress and gear the guy looks like an advanced and serious rider. So WTF was going on with him???

Nearly all the images I post are hosted on Photobucket... See if your browser has a block on that site... (AddBlock, or something).. in Tools menu...
This particular image is an animated GIF file,.. if that helps...
