Not real.
The dude looks like he might weigh 170 ??
The weights and supposed steel rack holding them, plus the other weights on the floor would be in the 600-700 lb range at least ... and he not only knocks them down and moves the entire stack back but also breaks down the welded steel rack as well ????
Heck, a steel rack designed to hold olympic sized weights like that would weigh a couple hundred lbs alone, and even without the weights would stop his slide instantly.
Ever try moving a rack like that ? The sucker is freaking heavy.
And then after all of that weight falls on top of him, he turns over on to his back ?
I DON'T THINK SO.

I don't think he would even make it to the rack unless the floor was greased.

Crap! I had a really good smart alec answer to post when I clicked on this, but once again, Serowbot has outdone me. Can anyone possibly have seen what was coming by placing those weights there? I surely wouldn't have, even knowing that folks sometimes do that. Maybe he won't sue.

I agree that it had to be staged. Although the weight sets are
close to the treadmills where I go, they would never move that
easily. Makes me rethink ever running on the treadmill though..
