Having seen your previous 5-hole pattern, which is slanted, I initially thought the 3-2 pattern was going to be slanted too. Looks nice though. Have you toyed on PC with a slanted 3-2 (or 4-3) pattern ?

To me, personally, this looks much more businesslike Just make sure the top hole of the three-tiered set is not too close to the rim of the rotor - it becomes fragile in case of a hard squeeze / panic stop.
