When I first looked at the bike, it took a few seconds to figure out what was so different. Then, I thought something like, "Why aren't they all like this?" So, why is the conventional way so backwards? The exhaust side needs the coldest air I assume?

That's cool. Never seen it before. Thanks. Going around a few bike websites to check specs, nobody mentions the engine's origin, and the frame specs list it variously as Cro-Mo or light alloy. Looks like a Cabbage frame to me and I'm pretty sure that one's just mild steel?

It appears to me they may have used the engine cradle that matches the engine. It appears they welded on their tubing just above the point in the front where the double tubes join to a single tube. And at the back of the engine it appears there is a similar weld just behind the engine.
