I wanted to build an extreme minimalistic bike. I noticed the Suzuki LS650 because of the large capacity of the single cylinder engine. And when she is stripped of a lot of parts she looks already quite nice; a good base to start from. By the end of the build I thought, I will enter this project for a bike show. To make a long story short, I had a fantastic time at the Bigtwin Bike Show in November 2007 where I won first prize in the Custom Class!
