I am leaning towards 1.75" x 7" long. Or should I get the 2" shield?

The Harley muffler OD is about 1-7/8". I don't know what kind of adapter or clamp you used. I would think the 2" would work best.

Thanks! That makes sense to me! No adapter just slits in the HD muffler and a Harley clamp.

I have been considering that as well. I ordered a 2". I will put each on and see which I prefer. Thanks for the photo!

I'm having the same issue, so would it be best to get a 2' shield or another original? I had to chuck my original as it was bent pretty bad.

I also plan on adjusting the jets this weekend, I've been getting too much backfire. It's kinda fun but probably not good for the engine or muffler. hehe
