TROX Full Member Offline More ideas than $$$ Posts: 118 Temple, TX Gender:	I have a VERY noob oil filter question. 08/15/12 at 17:33:02 I was looking at Walmart and saw a FRAM motorcycle filter, it looked the right size, but I was wondering if all motorcycle oil filter's were the same size ? I didn't buy it because I've already found a HiFlo oil filter on Amazon that shows to be the right size. Just curious. Thanks ahead of time for any responses.

Reply #1 - 08/15/12 at 17:37:41 nope not all motorcycle oil filters are the same. Although the one on the savage does fit a number of other Zuki models. Myself I would steer clear of the Fram filters they are crap. R.F.

I read the post about the oil's, I might have possibly missed any oil filter talk, but is there a preferred brand amongst Suzi owners ?

Reply #6 - 08/15/12 at 18:02:23 Thank y'all for your help, I've owned the bike 3 months and when I look through the oil check Window, the oil looks clean, but I don't know the last time the previous owner had it changed. And I would rather change the oil and filter now that I own it and start putting dates to the maintenance work.
