I am surprised NC went for Mitt ... I however suspect the governor's race may have had more to do with that, cos it went to Pat McCrory by over 10 points. That could have caused a reverse coattails effect ...

To be honest, the sitting governor of NC the retiring Bev Perdue (without a doubt the ugliest and the worst sounding person ever to occupy public office) in 08 had the coattail effect from Obama as well as the "Anyone but McCrory" sentiment going for her. However her deputy Walter Dalton got tied along with her and was his doom.

However in 08 NC went to Obama after 80 or so years of being reliably red. I guess reversal was inevitable.

Well there also is the MacCaskill monster ...

However the Perdue monster isn't even that old ...

She sounds more redneck than my inbred grading contractor ... who's vocabulary is literally doubled by the use of the word ? "Whaaa ....
Every other word is whaaaaa ... Anyway He is inbred, his grand brother told me so.

Perdue sounds worse and looks worse than MacCaskill.
The Brewer horror picture show atleast is very very very old.
